The Beautiful Process Of Adaptation

When I look at the stages of growth of a business (from my experience and working with others in their business) I realize much success for an entrepreneur lies in their ability to adapt to situations and different stages in the companies growth. The way I see entrepreneurship its like an Art & theres about 3 stages to it:

1st Stage Your The Creator & Your The Inventor, Trying To Prove A Concept

2nd Stage Is Your The Manager, Your Actually Working To Scale The Company, Your Actually Working To Build, Your Actually Working To Prosper In That Regard

An The Last Part Is Your Actually The Executer, Your Actually Executing Against A Potential Outcome, An That Itself Is A Different Strategy.

All 3 Require A Completely Different Approach & Its Up To You To Mold Yourself As A Company Grows So You Know Exactly How To Act At Different Stages In The Companies Growth.

This Past Weekend TrendSetters Elite Clothing Co. Was Invited To Be Apart Of One Of Detroits' Premier Sneaker Events, Krispy's Sneaker Convention. The Line Was PACKED Down The Road w/ Sneaker Heads And Streetwear Fiends! We Had The Opportunity To Be One Of About 25 Vendors (Only 4 Being Clothing Lines, The Rest Sneaker Boutiques) Who Were Invited To Come, Celebrate Streetwear, Connect w/ The Community, Sell Garments, And Exchange Ideas For Furture Work. Fox News Came Through, We Met Many Young Brands, As Well As A Few Names Who Are Well Established, An In The End We Were Invited Back To Be Apart Of The Next Event In Fall! Everyone Was Loving The Brand, We Have Plans To Work w/ Some Of The Names You See In The Photos So Be On The Lookout!
