2nd Stage Is Your The Manager, Your Actually Working To Scale The Company, Your Actually Working To Build, Your Actually Working To Prosper In That Regard
An The Last Part Is Your Actually The Executer, Your Actually Executing Against A Potential Outcome, An That Itself Is A Different Strategy.
All 3 Require A Completely Different Approach & Its Up To You To Mold Yourself As A Company Grows So You Know Exactly How To Act At Different Stages In The Companies Growth.
